Monish Khara is a Senior Brand Designer based in NY. His background in Branding, Graphic Design and Web Development was built at Graphite, Cursor and now SpaceXAI, and before that at creative agencies including R/GA, Team and Combo.

Monish previously cofounded Toil, a Creative Production and Design Studio, and writes a design newsletter called Grafik Paragraph about design at scale. He is also a mentor at Scope of Work, a talent development agency for young BIPOC creatives that establishes equity in the creative industry, as well as a dedicated mentor at New Inc.
